Welcome and thank you for visiting. Public service has always been a passion of mine. I will work hard to earn the support of the residents of District 5 and look forward to the opportunity to serve my community on the City-County Council. I’ve lived and worked in Indiana all my life and feel a duty to improve the lives of the people in the city I call home.

KEY ISSUES I’LL WORK ON
Indianapolis set an all time murder record in 2018. Crime is on the rise and we owe it to our children and community to do something about it.
I’ll work with local law enforcement to ensure they have the staffing, training and equipment necessary to make our community safe.
With traffic becoming more congested, we need to plan for more options for people to get around. As an employer, I’ve seen how important public transportation is to our workforce and economy. Our city is growing, and our transportation options must grow with it to keep traffic flowing and residents working.
Our roads are bad. Really bad. Our bridges, streets and sidewalks are literally crumbling beneath our feet. This is a dangerous situation that must be addressed. I’ll work to find a permanent solution that will update and maintain our infrastructure in an affordable manner.
After attending Ohio State University, Adam came back to join the family business. He worked at Elite Beverages for 4 years before becoming a partner. At that time, Elite Beverages operated in six cities/towns and three different counties: New Palestine, Cumberland, Lawrence, McCordsville, Fortville, and Noblesville, spanning Hancock, Marion, and Hamilton County. After 9 years, Adam decided to sell out of the business and venture out on his own. He has brought on new partners, and is currently in the process of acquiring another business. In the meantime, he started a capital and consulting company, called Cox Capital & Consulting, LLC.
